From New York City: Take the New York Thruway (I-87) north to I-90. Take I-90 (which will become the Massachusetts Turnpike) east to Exit 2 (in Lee) and take Route 20 west which becomes Route 7 North 20 West. Continue on 7/20 until you see Bennigans Restuarant on the left then Twelve Oaks Village is .3 of a mile north on the right.

From Boston: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike west to Exit 2 (in Lee ) and take Route 20 west. Just south of Lenox Route 7 will join Route 20W which becomes Route 7 North 20 West.
